About the Founder
Carlos Caycedo
Founder & CEO, Caycedo Technologies
Carlos Caycedo brings a background in international marketing and advertising and more than a decade of experience in operations, business development, sales, client acquisition, customer experience, and process improvement.
He founded Caycedo Technologies to help growing businesses use intelligent systems without sacrificing the personal relationships that create trust. His style is warm, direct, strategic, trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and deeply human.
Earlier in his career, prior to founding Caycedo Technologies, Carlos supported more than 400 merchants, led teams of up to 35 people, and contributed to more than $1 million in sales and revenue. These figures reflect his previous professional experience and are not Caycedo Technologies client results or AI-generated outcomes.
